Jibril Rajoub, former head of the Palestinian Preventive Security Force in the West Bank and member of the Fateh-Revolutionary Council, at his office in the West Bank city of Ramallah.
Jibril Rajoub is the brother of Nayef Rajoub, Palestinian minister of Waqf (Religious affairs) and a senior member of Hamas.
