A man walks while a hose fills water from a tanker to his house, at the cemetery compound of El-Arakib. The Bedouin claiming ownership of the lands in the area, were permitted by state authorities to reside in the cemetery compound only. Structures built outside this compound were demolished by authorities dozens of times in recent years.
