A woman passes by the ninth station of Via Dolorosa, a street within Jerusalem's old city, which is believed to be the path that Jesus Christ walked carrying his cross, on his way to crucifixion.

Via Dolorosa is marked by 14 stations; the ninth station is held by popular tradition to be the location where Jesus stumbled for the third time during his walk along the route.
