Israel-Gaza border 2006

Israeli troops make their way into the northern part of the Gaza strip, in order to take over the Palestinian town of Beit Hanoon.
An incident in which Gilad Shalit, an Israeli soldier, was kidnapped by Palestinian Hamas militants, and the killing of two other soldiers as well, kickstarted a high tension around the strip.
